LOH V Generator Help

Anyone good at adjusting Loh generators? Need a bit of help.

Fixed. We had the main cutter motor sending an error. LOH wanted to ship a new one for $8000. Cost us close to $9000 total after wiring. We opted to have it rebuilt locally at a very good machine shop. We requested support for fine tuning. The tech , Vince said they'd have to send a field tech. Left a message for Bill Brader, the "manager" of that group. He never returned our call. I will say, the V50 was one of the best pieces of equipment ever placed in this lab. We found our own way. I can only speculate why the support stopped. Perhaps their feelings were hurt when we did not simply lay out the 9 gran. Or maybe it's that we are not a Big E lab. Maybe big E have them all busy with another E lab. Who knows, maybe bill will find my voice mail and call to day. I sure want to stay on their good side though. We still have 10 of their machines in this building.
