My customer fell in love with this Koh Sakai frame and I'm hoping someone will have something like it. He particularly likes the bridge. The eye size should be 40mm or less.

Find any metal frame with the shape and put on some windsor rings, easy to do.
Polo metal PH1153J you can find it on the e of bay reasonably priced.
No one has a source for round metal frames with zyl inserts? Weird!
