vsp one, progressive & need to cut in house...

So before I knew this claim was going to be a VSP 1, I was going to submit this as, if i remember correctly, a NON IDC in one of the drop downs.
I need the uncut sent here as the PT cant give up the frame, and has no history with us or the lab for an archive.
Its been a few years since I worked at the place we did that on a more freq basis...

Is there anyway to make this happen with VSP1? If I cant, we will 90% lose this pt.

No you need to trace the lens unless it's a frame the lab already knows which is common.

OK, I can cut a dummy lens here and send that I guess.

There are some labs that can do this with a good paper pattern or as you mentioned, a dummy lens and a c-size.

Yes you can ask for uncuts only but may have to call lab after submitting to te affirm but you could also do non idc and order from your own labs if you need to.
Vsp 1 always works with us in these cases

I get uncuts all the time. Once a VSP lab looks at the long list of jobs they've edged that I've sent back to them because of poor quality, they always say yes.
