Is there a publication or chart available that lists the various lens materials with their properties such as index and abbe? I am tired and worn out so please don't suggest I do the work myself since many have already done it. Thanks!

I believe you are correct at the time it was close to accurate I believe 36 was the abbe value, then they upgraded to the mr-8 and the mr-6 I believe it was became obsolete. Still the most comprehensive list and one I reference often.
