Experience with a Sale of an optical practice

The practice that I am working at has an owner who is looking to retire that is looking to sell. Any tips on optical groups in the US that look at aquiring store fronts? Has anyone ever had experience dealing with sunglass hut acquisitions or anything similar?

I've never know of SH acquiring a practice. They do intense demographic research, then build what they want, where they want.
