Actually I am like an "intern", I am at my first year of Ophthalmic Dispensing program in college, and I am allowed to order lenses at work.

    Good to know............so tis homework?

Missing information is horizontal monocular IPD, habitual and newly measured. DOC vertical with frame fitted at final pantoscopic and alignment, would be helpful. This applies if you are self fitting your "lenses at work".

If homework, the binocular IPD, if provided.
