Anyone here use "The Lab" in Burbank, CA???

    http://theopticallaboratory.com/

Trying to get any sort of detailed lens info from these guys appears to be as easy as blood from a stone. Have tried emailing and called twice, but either they're very very slooooooooooow to respond, or they're extremely tight lipped. Which seems strange when dealing with potential clients.

In particular, I'm trying to find out more specifics about their three different PAL designs, and their AR process. Just hoping I can get some first hand user experience here from some that have directly used them - because the horse's mouth just ain't talking...

    TIA!

Brian, these folks are indeed tight lipped, I spoke with one or two of their service reps in the summer of 2014 to get some basic info from them; lens designs, offered product, AR's, costs and the like. They want you to fill out an application form, fine but after that they were slow to respond and it was difficult to speak with someone who didn't put you on hold for an extended period of time to get an answer. Happy Hunting xoxoxo

The question is "why would you want to do business with a company that starts out like that?"

Why!? Silly question. Cuz it's like being in a James Bond movie and who wouldn't want that.

LOL, that's as exciting as optical gets, besides ordering closeout frames
