Macro 1.67 MR10 for generator FreeForm

    Dear,

We have start the 1.67 Mr10 production and we have more problem pullout on the lens (small hole on the surface). With new tool is better but I see quicky the problem appear. The water flow is correct because I have not this problem on CR39 and 1.6.
I can continue the production CR39 and 1.6 whithout problem even if on 1.67 the problem is existing.

I search a macro 1.67 with speed, chip size and roughness for finishing and draft.

    Thank you
    Best Regard

You should repost this in general optics section, you will get more responses from people who know more than me about surfacing 1.67!
