How may jobs to edge per day and which lens materials? Does it need grooving, drilling , polishing abilities? Do you edge in house now?

I would need grooving, polishing and step bevel. I do around 10 jobs a day. Trivex, poly, Hi-index. I have a drill machine, so really don't need drill feature.

For only 10 JPD, I wouldn't invest a lot of money. Don't listen to the edger reps and get caught up in their magical formulas of how much you will save in the long term by spending $60K. It's all total BS. I know many labs that would edge your volume for zero dollars if you purchased the lenses from them.
