Organizations like this that promote and focus their attention on targeted minority groups only take those groups backwards in time. Can you imagine the backlash if this were a men's only optical club to share our own stories? We would be seen as inconsiderate, rude career dominators.

What's the big deal. If the girls want to start a club to share recipes and discuss laundry detergents that's OK with me.
