Alcon no longer offering trials of N&D?

Hello,

I logged into myalcon.com today to try and order a trial pair of N&Ds and it seems trials of these are no longer available?

When did this happen, and why?

I'm a little late responding, but if you haven't heard, trials for a number of their contacts (AOA Toric, Dailies ACP Toric, AOA MF, etc. etc. etc.) won't be available again until Jan.1st. The trials that are available will also be limited to 15 per day per account until then as well. I don't recall specifically off the top of my head the reason but it has something to do with their system and wasn't intentional but won't be resolved until the end of the year.

our rep told us that the reason for that is because they sent out way too may trial sets this year and are way over the number of trials they had planned to send out
