Officemate Electronic Frame Inventory

I am looking at starting to use Officemate's electronic frame inventory. Does anyone have any idea about the cost? Is one scanner and printer better than another? Should I not use Officemate's system and do something different? Any guidance or suggestions will be appreciated.

We have 3 barcode scanners, 1 barcode printer and use OM throughout the practice. It does a good job of keeping track of what is sold but you have to make sure the frames are installed correctly when setting it up. Each color/size is different for each frame, and it can get tedious when having to change prices (you have to manually change each particular frame).
