Anyone use Crystal?

We are switching from Maxim Eyes to Chrystal next month. Does anyone use it?

We are currently using the beta version of it (just waiting for the OD to pull the actual trigger to finalize.)

Office currently uses OPTO (yup, old school) which apparently was bought by Crystal. The program seems nice, lots of customization. I'm waiting for the real thing to have a genuine impression of the inventory and ordering systems.

We use crsytal, and I LOVE it. It's not super great for the dr's notes, I'm not a fan of that part, but for just the optical and scheduling side, I love it. My boss says she still prefers revolution for a few administrative things that she could do in the billing section, but otherwise it's relatively straight forward, Very easy to edit when a mistake is made, and has a simple inventory system, although it doesn't use a scanner like flexsys. It has been the easiest system for me to learn, and while i'm no techie, there have been a few computer systems that have taken at least a week to learn. I got this in pretty much a day, with very little instruction. Bottom line, it's simple but very effective.

I think crystal is good and easy to learn.

I used hand billing all the time but lately I decided to have all my Requirements on Computer and i decided to create online system

I Created my own system "Online system" "with a Good independent programmer" it's the best way to add any feature in your mind in any time you want.

Also I think it is Cost effective.

We've been using Crystal for a year and a half...very intuitive and easy to use on the optical side...absolutely love that...the exam side is a bit trickier, but still infinitely easier & cleaner than You Sunk My Battleship Mate (oficemate).
