Just a guess but you might be able to get one from Briot.
Do you have specs for the dongle? If so does it use USB? The non-friendly way to do it would be to use a de-****** and set break points in the binary looking for calls out to the dongle and the response. Usually the response if followed by a check to see if the data returned is valid, if the response is valid then the software has a jump instruction to go to the start point of the program, if the response is not valid then the program will often continue to a alert or message indicating the security dongle is missing and self terminate. Once you find this instruction in the binary you can set a NOP = No Operation command at this point thus breaking the security check and jumping to the start of the program.
That's how I usually startup programs without serial keys, security dongles, etc. It seems simple written out here but it can be difficult and requires often times running through thousands of lines of code.
