National Optronics 6ES vs 6E?

I'm looking at purchasing a national optronics edger. The listing says 6E however the pictures clearly show badges saying 6ES and also on the computer screen it says Optronics 6ES as well. Can someone please explain the difference between the two? I've tried googling it to no avail.

We have a 6ES that was upgraded from a 6E. From what I understand, the 6ES has software upgrades that makes it faster and has better polishing. Be advised though. The 6E family is discontinued, and I have had some issues getting parts for it even through National Optronics. The phone support guys over there even tell me that parts are not being made for it anymore.
