If someone wants to increase the B height from 29 too 38 for cosmetic purposes.

The progressive height is 17 measured on the demo lens that is 29 B height, what height would you order when increasing the B too 38mm?

Depends on the frame type. Is it a four point rimless, a semi rimless or larger size of the same model ? In other words are you only increasing the b measurement by adding on to only the bottom or are you adding to both the top and bottom?

Forgot to mention it is a four point rimless, adding to top and bottom.

Not quite true. As you bite the core of the tootsie pop, the head tilt posture changes with the degree of "eye roll" expressing satisfaction with the deliciousness. This will raise the seg position.

I've found the tootsie pop far too presumptuous a confection - long ago I switched to the more straight forward tootsie roll.
