    Confused Need Help Finding This

    The OD I work for wants me to find this exact Jaeger Near Point Test Card. It's from the 1980s, so I know it won't still be in any kind of circulation. I'm hoping that maybe some folks here could help me out. He isn't concerned about price. He just wants this exact card. Multiples of it. Please help!

    I honestly wouldn't put it passed him to pay that for the convenience of not having to memorize a new card.
