Attracting People to a new office

    Hey all,
So I have almost done what I've set out to I'm helping a doctor with a brand new office. :^) Not my own store but for now it's great. Scary but great. We've been open 6 months and I know we have about 12-18 months of lean times to go.
We've been brainstorming ways to bring in more walk ins and excitement. So far we're going to use a city news paper an ophthalmology office raves about, and the same office has agreed to send people who want glasses our way. We are getting signage for our brands and I'll be dropping flyers off at realty offices. Have I missed anything?
Also any Ideas on upping multiple sales? I'm doing second pair 40% off lenses, but I'm thinking about integrating the cost of lenses into the first pair and doing frame plus 50 for sv and frame plus 100 for progressive.
Thanks in advance, I always get great ideas here and food for thought. Have a good one!

We went around to local (close by) businesses that had vision insurance that we take and left flyers and info (along with cheap dollar store "goody" bags filled with candy) explaining their benefits etc.... that worked out great for us. Good luck!

Work with some of the local medical clinics; dentists, chiropractors, hearing aid dispensers. Barber and Beauty shops, clothing apparel shops and small boutiques.

    Awesome! Thanks for the ideas.

Edkendance: How'd you do that? just mass mailing or more involved?

We're able to pin point specific neighbourhoods in the city. It's a little less mass than a mass mailing because of the target zones. I think our rates were something like 12 cents a house. Canada Post delivers them with the mail....supposedly. :)
