    Light tint polarized lenses

    Hi,

Are polarized lenses available with a lighter tint (possibly around 10-15% shaded).
If yes, could anyone assist us with the contact details of the source.

    Thanks,
    Bravo

NuPolar Gray-1 lenses are polarized, but lighter than the standard Gray-3.
Since you are located in Asia, it would be best to contact Mark Rupert, General Manager of Younger Optics Asia Pacific division. mrupert@youngeroptics.com

KBCo used to have a Brown A as well, don't know if its still available...

In lighter colors Polars are refered mostly as "A" vs. the "C" for darker colors.

Clear polars are almost impossible, camera filters are the highest quality commercial available polarized filters and go down to about 14%. Most "A" Polarized lenses for Eyewear are at about 29%. Cost is the factor, Ophthalmics get lower quality polar filters that have higher residual colors.
