Need help on Gerber coburn SL2 generator troubleshooting

I have Gerber Coburn supplied SL2 generator,is having Y axis error.i would want some one to help me what could be the cause /Reason and how to troubleshoot and fix the issue?Initially I thought the reason could be due to CONTROL RELAY,I removed and re fixed, the issue remain same then "CR" is replaced with a new piece found no improvement.I am finding no power supply to the servo amplifier.PL guide me how to over come the present issue.I would also like to know what are the components which are going in line to control the y axis movement.

The x axis should be a mirror image of your y axis. Check the x axis with a meter and find the power and common line, if your right that the y driver isn't getting power it could be as simple as faulty cables or you may need to go further up the line to the control board. As a side note they are encoders not servos very little difference except an encoder relays its position to the controller which is important to know in the case of a generator. This small difference can also help in solving your issue encoders are often optical so if a large enough chunk of debris is lodged in the encoders gate the controller may fault when it can't determine position which may shut down the power to the driver. That could be a first and easy check good luck.
