Hey everyone...I'm in desperate need of help with my Briot Accura CX edger. When my machine is on, my edger operates alone without stopping. On initial startup the screen displays "low battery". I have tried contacting Briot customer service but they are closed until Monday. However I did find this exact problem listed in the troubleshooting section on their website, which leads me to believe this should be an easy fix. But I can't seem to figure out their instructions. I have copy and pasted their instructions below. Has anyone else experienced these problems? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Briot Accura CX Troubleshooting:
ACCURA CX/CL : When machine on, my edger operates alone without stopping
Conditions : the edger’s battery power is too low.
Action(s) :
Switch off the edger and press simultaneously the buttons
+ 3 + on/off until the edger begins the reinitialising.
Keep your edger “on” for 15 days in order to recharge the battery.
