I just found out patient can get a lifetime warranty on their Liberty Sports glasses. I don't sell a lot of sports glasses so I am sure I am way behind. Just wondering how that works. It sounds like Liberty replaces them and all I do is return the old glasses to Liberty. Is it really that easy though?
Why not call Liberty and find out what the procedure is?
I thought about that and I am sure they would tell me how easy it is. I was hoping someone who has actually dealt with it could give me a realistic idea of how it really works though. What businesses tell me and what actually happens are not always similar.
They will replace the frames for a charge.
