Hello folks; Does anyone use a scanner to copy customer flies and save them on their computer? I can't bring myself to use a full software program for price/inventory/filing/reminders..etc.
I just want file and find to customers files quickly.

You could use Neat scanner. I use one for my expenses and accounts as I am a equipment rep, works well and comes with its own spiffy software. I could imagine that it would work alright for your needs. THe ideal way of course would be to use and EMR software that accepts patient document attachments. $$$ though
Bring yourself to do it! Really! If you have a dispensary that you are relying on for your livelihood, bite the bullet and invest in it! You might think that it will just be for filing, etc..., but once you get it up and running, you will realize how much it can save you. I was the same way...I wanted to go the cheap way. Today, there's not a file cabinet in any of my offices, my front and back offices are extremely efficient, and I couldn't be more pleased.
