    Finishing Blocks?

Which finishing blocks you use and why? Thinking about switching.

What machine and what do you currently use?

For my Kappa, I prefer the flexible blocks. We do a lot of AR, and I have found that the flexible blocks better at absorbing or redistributing that chuck pressure so I have no crazing when used with my secure edge pads.

Thanks. Running Optronics 7E and 6 using metal 3m type blocks. Having some trouble with 1.67 and up with AR. Leaving marks as if too much chuck pressure yet lower pressure does not help. Thinking about switching to plastic flex blocks. So many of them I'm unsure which is best.

Consider chuck change as well...makes all the difference for high index and AR edging
