What do you think of this line?

Hello everyone,

We just met with the Etnia Barcelona rep, gorgeous line I will admit. Has anyone Dealt with their customer service department or had any warranty issues? Really any issues in general?

We are currently considering Prodesign which is saturated in our area along with the Bellinger house lines as possible new additions to our office.

I would love any recommendations for product that would live in the 300-450 retail point that have a very strong color palette.

I only saw 18 on their site. I like some of the frames in the Africa collection (at least online I do).

I think its the first line whose website I was looking at and I found pictures of naked japanese women on it. Had to shut down real fast. Patient walking in.

We do very well with the collection and have had zero issues; they have some amazing small stuff for ladies.

We did well with it too. Love the innovative way they approach temple repairs with their acetate frames and love the attention to detail they put into matching the rimlon cord with the colour of the frame. Never had any issues with the customer service department in Florida. They opened one for Canada specifically a year or 2 ago.

+1 here. Love the colors especially that bright blue they have. I'm actually going to have my rep in for a trunk show later this month.

I'm wearing one right now and love it. The line does well here. Be ready to stock multiple colors of each model and to order in colors for patients. It helps to have a tablet handy to show off all of the options. Our patients love having a selection of 8-9 colors for each frame. They have feminine shapes and colors that go to a 55 eye and are well proportioned.
