If you are speaking of the Social Services Rates one might argue that their definition of a significant change in Rx that they would pay for circumvents and redefines ANSI standards.

No change in the frame allowance since 1991 ? Is that correct ? Did politicians and civil service wages and benefits stay the same since 1991 ? Cases $ 2.00 ? Opticians are subsidizing the government for their full wages and benefits then subsidizing the government programs directly by accepting these rates.

    Who negotiated this ?

Bruce Bergez would provide 3 pairs under the new price list.

His license was revoked, and his methods of dispensing put him in jail. He wasn't the only one who belonged there.

So did they raise the rates? In Manitoba they've been the same forever. 2.00 a case is also the going rate here.

Perfect, then he can handle the India lens project from the other thread since he doesn't need a licence but knows how to refract.

His speciaty is asset protection and judgment proofing, not refracting. What assets do the poor people have to protect from legal judgements ?

What assets? He went bankrupt and lost just about everything and still owes the CRA. He begged, borrowed and stole from friends and family to restart his next scham in BC.

Has anyone received payment since the new rates have started? Are they paying for progressives or will they be declined?

I would respectfully beg to differ on this one. He leased his car....yes I heard he lost his home but where did all the money go?
Franchise fees, royalties and profits....are you trying to say that his businesses weren't profitable?

    Regards,
    Golfnorth

His businesses were extremely profitable, but when the money stream is consistently siphoned out of the business for personal greed and not used to pay the vendors, this is the result.

I've heard since that most of his money is spread amongst a few close family members and not in his name.
