    Help Identifying a Progressive Lens

For the second time I have run across a progressive with a marking above the nasal circle that looks stick figure of a flame. There is a vertical line, a gap and then 4 lines radiating from the top. I think it was a lens used by OSA. Any ideas. Thank you in advance. I should add there was also F18 engraved under the nasal circle.
