    Does it exist?

    Hello all,

I am looking for a 1.67 hi-index 8x35 that is also a transition. I am being told it does not exist. Does anyone know of any companies that will have this or even one off for us?

    Thanks everyone.

Fairly certain Shamir Optical will do it, if you can source from there. Otherwise it doesn't exist any more.

I can get a 1.56 index 8X35 trans. gray from my lab. To my knowledge it's the thinnest 8X35 trans on the market. I believe it to be an XCELL lense.

To my knowledge, 1.56 is the highest index you can get 8x35 in Transitions. Trivex is probably going to be thinner in most cases, as it is not as brittle as 1.56.

I don't show anyone making an 8x35 Transitions Trivex... is there a source now?
