As the BBB doesn't seem to know of any government actions, maybe some Colleges could speak to that. Perhaps those same Colleges might ask the newspaper journalist for their own interview. Was Customer satisfaction ever discussed in other newspapers, court documents or perhaps maybe College documentation dealing with discipline or license revocation ? There was a reason for incarceration I would presume.
Bergez is a survivor and has left Ontario which could not regulate and never will.................see Essilor and Coastal.
He is now in BC which has been deregulated and he can now sell his glasses anyway he likes and wants to.
