This morning when I got to work one of my coworkers noticed that my scrub pants were inside out!
Honestly, they were more comfortable with the seams on the outside, lol!
Any other people ready to fess up to a funny faux pas?

worked with an MD who realized at the end of her day that she had two different shoes on
And no one in the office pointed it out to her.... all day...
I've gone to work with my slippers on... I mean, they're really comfy and have fur inside and everything.
And I've known one person who actually pulled a Wally (Dilbert reference) and wore jeans under their work pants to be more comfortable.
There are rules. Knowing those are easy. There are exceptions to the rules. Knowing those are easy. Knowing when to use them is slightly less easy. There are exceptions to the exceptions. Knowing those is a little more tricky, and know when to use those is even more so. Our industry is FULL of all of the above.
I will frequently answer the phone thanking them for calling a place I haven't worked at in years.
Patient, ".. Doctor says I have a subscription for stigmata.. Can you fill that?"
Me, "..Um.. "
Awhile back i ended a phone conversation with a patient by saying "I love you." We were both very confused for a bit.
