Possibly new lines?

Our office is considering bringing in a new mid level luxury line. I am currently looking at Bellinger house product and Derapage, Prodesign (except everywhere online). Does anyone have any experience with these lines or distributors? Customer service standards, horror stories from these lines you would like to share? What do you think about the lasting quality of the lines? Of course this is subjective, but how do your patients like the lines?

Whatever you would like to tell me about these lines or other suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I have had good luck with Prodesign.

We just had a new frame line come in called Tom davies they look very nice and you can have them custom fit to the pt ( color,size A,B AND TEMP )

I like the hinge design of the Derapage.

I see at least one return a day due to a loose hinge screw causing people to think it's broken.

I'm practically begging my office to bring in Bellinger/Eof7. Prodesign is nice but I cant say I consider it mid-level luxury. Great thing about Prodesign is all the color options, all zyls available w/ nosepads, and the sheer volume of different collections they offer. Never seen the Derapage line but I'm definitely spending some time on their website now. Etnia also is a great line.

I would bring in Tom Davies in a heart beat. I used to sell them and did excellent, actually mentioned in the little monthly flier they put out.(brag brag) But quit that job to take on a management position at a different location and the old place has an exclusive deal.... oh well. Pro-design looks great and love the mild custom (zly and nosepads), but I do not like being able to find it all over the web. Just viewed Derapage and it is a gorgeous line, didn't care for their sales spiel though. Kept talking how they wanted to work for small offices and wanted to be a team. then followed up with a 2 for 1 exchange. Nothing against that type of exchange rate but those two ideas do not mesh.

Just waiting to see the bellinger house lines and see what can be offered.

If I can't decide, this may be an excuse to visit New York in the spring and just explore.

Anyone out there carry Bellinger house products? If so, how is the customer service? Patient acceptance (subjective I know)? overall quality?
