    ZocDoc - Yay or Nay?

    Optiboard,

Our office has been toying with the idea of enrolling in Zoc Doc in order to fill empty appointment slots.

I did some market research and it looks as though Zoc Doc works in urban markets and lacks in rural markets.

Our office is located in NYC so urban is the name of the game.

Has anybody else used ZD? It looks like offices who used ZD were not happy with the results pre-2010, but after they gained exposure and revamped their company, it seems like they improved.

What were your results with using ZD?

    Thanks again in advance.

    Best,
    BP3

We have been using Zoc Doc, for the better part of a year. The system has a few internal glitches that require your immediate attention prior to confirming the patients appointment. We receive about 10 Zoc appointments per week. Also, the patient review is easy to use.
