    Confused Custom Hinge Needed

I am looking to develop a custom internal flex hinge. I have been working with Reply Srl in Italy but they are not communicating efficiently. Does anyone have any leads for a high-end hardware manufacturer that specializes in eyewear? Italy, Japan, China?? I wish I could go to Silmo and figure this out but its not an option this year. Thanks for any advice! Chloe

Are you developing an internal flex mechanism or the entirehinge? Hinge Case and Mechanism? Developing a new custom flex hinge can be veryexpensive. Unless you are buying a few thousand pairs it’s not worth it. Haveyou try sourcing the flex mechanism that you need? Anyhow, my first choicewould be OBE in Germany.
