For clarification I would like all interested parties to know a few things about this sale relative to the prior sale.

(1) We are attempting to sell the 5 sites turnkey or in bulk - there will not be a sale of assets on an individual basis but instead by each location in its entirety so, essentially, 5 lots.

(2) Parties interested in the locations turnkey can request details such as lease rate, landlord contact and asset lists by location from me immediately by contacting me and providing their email address.

(3) Likewise, parties interested in buying a site(s) and removing the assets to another location can request the same information as described in (2) above for specific asset information.

(4) AOS will include Practice Location medical records to any prevailing bidders that are HIPAA Compliant.

(5) Dealer // re-seller participation is welcome.

(6) These sites will not be listed on our so please contact me for further information.


Bids will be due by the end of next week.
