Angry 1,67 or 1,6 rimless Plus PRogressive?????

What is the option for OD:+4,00 add 2,25, OS:+2,00 add2 2,25 in a rimless progressive lens DP:69 big lens (57mm).

I would like to put 1,67. Is it safer 1,67 vs 1,6 lens?
    thank you!

With that big eye size, I would definitely go for the higher index. Those are going to be some thick lenses.

I would never fit that high of a plus in a rimless frame. Frame shape, size and centration matters far more for plus patients than minus ones. What is your PD and DBL? If your patient has anything less than a 33.5 pd the thickness and weight will be enormous.
