    Xperio 1.55 index?

The lab is offering me a pair of lenses to try and at my -4.50 -1.25 x180 OU RX, Trexa/Trivex is not available...I'm not crazy about high index lenses generally so, I was considering the 1.55 as it is offered but, I am unfamiliar with it. Aside from Trivex, we haven't used much in the way of Mid Index. Any thoughts on the Essilor 1.55 index material? I've always loved CR-39, fine for the most part with Trivex, Ok/Kinda with 1.60, Very much bothered by 1.67 and found Poly Blurry.

Although I havent worn it I grind quite a few just do to sometimes thats all you can get certain things in, the clarity seems very good in the lenso, also the chromatic abberation is pretty calm compared to poly or trivex. I prefer to scratch coat them for even more clarity but if they are transistion they will have a light brown hue to them after UV curing the coating whitch will go away after exposer to real sunlight the first time. All in all I have no complaints and customers seem to like the 1.55
