    Photochromic alternatives?

For those who are looking for options now that Essilor (owner of all channels and much of our industry) seems to have reached the tipping point with ECP's, what is a viable alternative to Transitions when using stock photochromics in 1.50 and mid index? How is the quality of both the material and the photochromic performance?

PhotoFusion works just as well and it's less expensive.

We have a stock photochromic called Conversion in 1.56 index in mass technology. Very fast darkening and fading. Go to www.superoptical.com for availability and pricing. Samples available on request to don@superoptical.com.
