Hey everyone!
I am curious if anyone has sold this lens and what kind of feedback you've been getting from patients?

Try this, about 15 threads down. http://www.optiboard.com/forums/show...641-Shamir-DUO!
thanks!
I'm wearing a pair of Shamir "Duo" now and I must say I am surprised. Distance area is crisp and focused well toward the outer edge of the lense. when inspecting, you can clearly see distortion either side of the near area but it is greatly subdued when you put them on. Near area is not huge and you have to move your head a little when reading long lines, but you don't get the image "jump" when you move between the dist and near. I am a long time progressive wearer and use auto II and III; Zeiss individ, etc. the duo was easier for me to adjust to the I expected ...for hard-core ST wearers, I can see a lot of advantages (...if you can talk them into trying!) You have to fit them as instructed - "on pupil" with momo PDs, and don't fiddle with the adds ...treat them like progressives.
