What are blank sizes on lenses and is the laminate floating back farther than on a 2 base or fixed to the front on the high curves? Most 1.67 need to be ground thick on high curves to avoid laminate.
Great! I always want more _____________er in my lenses.

Hi Craig,
Technical specifications for NuPolar 1.67 High Index lenses can be found here: http://youngeroptics.com/nupolar_ava...ech_NuPolar120
The latest polarized lens manufacturing technology allows the polarized film to parallel the front side base curves. Labs can now grind NuPolar High Index lens materials to a minimum 1.5 thickness at either center or edge.
I hope this information helps!

I have found Younger blanks polarized film placement the most consistent of any manufacturer and NEVER dealt with a delamination problem with their blanks. Even the polar A, which I consistently tint gradient before edging does not delaminate. I made enough of a stink that my lab has made a separate listing for NuPolar in their drop down list to avoid me getting inferior quality suns.
