have some lenses with PL (basically no RX) but has a 4BO in each eye. How is a plano lenses setup with a prism? Is it treated like a plus or minus lenses?

Not sure what you are asking? How to block it up in a lab for surfacing? Or how it acts as a RX?
How it acts as an RX...I got the lenses from a surfacing lab. I just work in a finishing lab. So not sure if Focal Point is inside or outside of the patients PD.

Are you trying to figure out how to block the lens to edge it? Don't worry about the PD on this one. Just block them with the base out prism for each eye and cut them down.
Don't worry about decentration.
Yes, what they said. On a plano lens SV like this you don't really have to worry about PD/decentration placement. Just verify in the vertometer 4BO each eye
Thanks ... just wanted to make sure before I cut them.
Make sure you watch to see the thickness is going to be good. This is easy because the pd does not matter. If you ignore this you could wind with a lens that is too thick or too thin.
