    Transitions & Drop Ball Issues

    Has anyone eperiences drop ball certifcation issues with the Transitions 7 plastic FSV lenses. Any input would be arppreciated.

    If the lenses are breaking, they are too thin. Simple problem, simple solution: make them thicker until they don't break. The rules exist for a reason...

    Hey you think Lantal can withstand a drop ball test? and....aren't they glass?

    They would shatter under the impact: the lenses are not chem-temperable. That's why they cannot be sold in the US.
