I'm a little mystified. From our perspective, a lot of the features we add to our software are internally generated. Obviously, we try to be responsive to our customers. Sometimes it's just a matter of providing what's asked for. But usually, we're trying to understand a particular need that has been communicated to us, and trying to come up with a creative, effective, and efficient solution.
Do you feel like you're just not seeing a sufficient number of "surprise" features in your lab software?
Any advice on packaging?
