    Crier Virus hoax...

If ya get a mail like this do the decent thing and bin it......

    ********************************** IMPORTANT BIT
    **********************************************
My address book has been used by a virus and, as a result, so has yours because
your address was in my book.

The virus is called jdbgmgr.exe. It cannot be detected by Norton or McAfee
    anti-virus programs.

It sits quietly for 14 days before damaging the system.

It is sent automatically by messenger and by the address book, whether or not
    you send e-mails.

I have already deleted it from my PC.

    ******************************* REALLY IMPORTANT BIT
    *******************************************
    To get rid of it:-

Go to Start, then Find or Search

In Files/Folders, type the name jdbgmgr.exe

Be sure to search all your drives, not just "C" drive

    Click Find or Search

The virus has a teddy bear logo with the name jdbgmgr.exe - !!!!! DO NOT OPEN
    IT !!!!!

    Right click and delete it

Go to the recycle bin and delete it there also.

IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS YOU MUST CONTACT EVERYONE IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK
There are some prats out there....Who start these things off..
Seems the hoaxs are worse than the dammed real thing....

    Virus Hoax

One important thing when you get an email about a new virus, just check it out to see if it is real or a hoax
