Patches, Opticlude etc

Hi all
For those in a medical enviroment; do you carry patches and other such accesories in your dispensary? We have started to carry more products such as eye drops in our practice and my MD/owner wants me to get some patches and also opticludes ... looking for advice on who to buy from? You can get some of this product from Walmart and walgreen etc so I need to find a place I can get them and still be somewhat competitive. Any ideas? Thanks.
