I'm Rían (pronounced like Ian but with an R!)
Just into my decade in Optics, started in admin, got into the lab, got my Technicians Diploma with the WCSM and then went on to do a dispensing degree and got 1st class honors.
I am the manager of lab here in London that tests Sunglasses, ready readers, optical frames etc to see if they conform to British, European and International Standards. Makes for quite the interesting job!
Joined up for knowledge sharing and to have somewhere to nerd it up from time to time!
