HIPPA compliance

Has anyone had to deal with this? and if so could you break into laymans terms.

We have started preparing for Hippa by switching to HCFA forms on all our insurance claims. Also from what I understand there is a section aboutnot being able to send patients recall cards.
Records must also be kept out of sight of other patients. It shouldn't be too difficult to comply with.
