Pt comes into my office with a mangled pair of glasses. Hes had this pair for about 3 years. Hes complaining that he's seeing double and getting headaches. I realign the frame and says it feels a lil bit better. Regardless he wants another pair so we do another exam and give him another pair of glasses. As soon as he puts on the new pair of glasses he says his distance Rx is clear but his reading is blurry. he keeps saying he almost sees double or he sees a shadow. He also says when he closes 1 eye at a time its crystal clear...
I rechecked the P.D and its right on. I gave panto and still no difference.
Any thoughts why hes not seeing clearly??
