Info needed! Frame Manufacturing Equipment

Im researching acetate frame manufacturing equipment for an investor. I'd greatly appreciate any info as I do not have a background in frame manufacturing. Im looking to produce 20-40 high-end acetate frames per week in the US. Is it better to use milling machines vs. automated CNC? Is this equipment imported? Any good sources? Does this list below look like a good list of needed equipment? -Acetate slicing machine with conductor -Automatic milling copier -double milling for nose -lens driller and bevel -conductor heater -phneumatic temple core insertion machine -sheet lamination machine -tumbler various buffers and machines for finishing. Thanks for any info!

A few more thoughts:

I think this whole set-up is a bit overkill, he/she doesn't need the fanciest European equipment to make 20-40 frames per week.

Your client needs to be very knowledgeble in CAD/CAM work to get anything out of a set-up like this.
