Need advise with Rimless lenses, I have +5 and astigmatism

Hello Experts!

I am a consumer who needs professional advice, hope you can help me!

My prescription is +5 / +4.75 and I have astigmatism. Now I finally decided to go ahead and order best possible rimless glasses and lenses. I was advise to get Lindberg rimless with Carl Zeiss poly-carbonate lenses (1.64 index). Although the optician I spoke to looked very knowledgeable and told me that I am getting top quality product for the money (800+), I would like to get independent opinion on this.

For example, is Carl Zeiss poly is the best option for my Rx and frames or I could get higher index and even better quality lenses? Thanks you!

I would do a 1.67 surfaced on a 4 base, oval shape with a Silhouette rimless, also a nice quality AR coat (Avance, Purecoat, etc.)
