Anybody uses My Vision Express?

Hi Guys:

I just upgraded from 9.52 to 10.0 on myvisionexpress and have no clue how to use the contact inventory function. The new way of handling contact inventory with its configuration its totally confusing. My inventory data are all wrong because the new version doesn't recognized the sold transactions that are accumulated over the pass 10 YEARS!!!

What should I do now? Anyone has the same experience and how did you fix it?

Call support. I use MVE but don't sell contacts so can't speak to your issue.

Their customer service is pretty good. The MVE tool itself sucks horribly!!!!
